We Got up early and had the most charming walk through the stunning Galician country side. We were above and then below the low lying cloud.
Unfortunately, we arrived in Sarria to stay the night. I imagined that as a main hub for the last 100k of the Camino it would be something special. Well I was so wrong, what we found was a concrete monstrosity not unlike Stevenage or any of the UK new towns. We did wonder why the author of John's guide book suggesting you should grab anything you need and clear off fast! Very salient advice. We nearly decided to have a rest day here, narrow escape!
