Hello to anyone who reads this blog. After about 10 months since John and myself reached Fisterre and the end of our 873 kilometre Camino Frances, we've decided to go again. This time, together with John's wife Suzie, we are going to do the Camino del Salvadore and then the Camino Primotivo. This involves walking from Leon to Oviedo and then Oviedo to Santiago de Compestela, 430 kilometres over the mountains of northern Spain. More details later.

I managed to start training yesterday as there was finally some good weather in Andalucía. The whole of March has been like monsoon season. Now, we don't complain because we've had 2 dry winters on the trot and drought measures were being threatened during July/August.
Since, I last posted, not much has changed apart from needing a right hip replacement. So it feels great to be back and posting again. As you can see, this time I'm raising money for Cudeca, the hospice where Siobhan passed. They are a charitable organisation who rely on donations. My target is 6000 euro which is the amount Siobhan's time cost.
Myself and my daughter Olivia will never be able to fully express our gratitude for their loving care. Please donate what you can to the link on the Donate page.
Thank you.
